Cedar Plank Salmon  
Local sockeye salmon rested on a cedar plank and prepared in a sweet shallot, cherry brandy and maple syrup marinade and fire grilled over an open flame.  Served with your choice of starch and seasonal vegetables     22-

Los Alamos Fingerbones
Huge, slow roasted beef ribs in our spiced southwestern rub, finished with chipotle barbeque sauce.  Served with roasted, seasoned potatoes and Caesar salad     22-

Flat Iron Steak
Introduced to the West Shore by the West Coast Tap House,   Sterling Silver Flat Iron steaks remain the only cut of steak we choose to offer.  Only 8 flat iron steaks are produced per steer and due to the marbling and grain of the steak it is the most    tender cut after the Chateaubriand (Tenderloin).  We know we did not invent the Flat Iron, and that others will soon follow, but we will always be proud to have had a part in introducing such a great cut of steak to the West Shore.
Our executive chef recommends that Flat Iron steaks are not cooked past medium doneness, however we will not hesitate to cook your Flat Iron to your preference.

Pancetta and Chorizo Carbonara
A classic on your choice of Italian hand rolled garganelli noodles for stabbing or classic spaghetti for twirling.  Italian pancetta bacon and loose chorizo pan seared in butter with garlic, green onion, and cracked pepper.  Finished with egg, a dash of cream and Parmagiano Reggiano.  Served with our signature salted flake bread    18-
